For Organizations

Your community can fund itself. Here's the structure.

Organizers create campaigns and recruit fundraisers. Each fundraiser gets their own month calendar to share with their network. Donors claim days and give the matching amount or more, and can cover fees. Fill the month. Together.

The problem

Even strong events and drives often lean on a small core.

Galas, catalogs, and major donors still matter for many organizations. They can also leave the same committee answering every follow-up while much of your list stays quiet between pushes.

MonthFund is another layer in your toolkit when you want many day-owners: each participant has a defined role, every day of the month can carry a name, and progress stays visible alongside everything else you run.

The model

One month. 31 days. One shared goal.

01

Pick your month and recruit fundraisers

Choose the month, set your campaign live, and recruit fundraisers from your community. Each fundraiser gets their own calendar page. Setup takes minutes.

02

Fundraisers share; donors claim days

Each fundraiser shares their calendar with their network. Donors claim a day and give the matching amount: Day 7 is $7, Day 22 is $22. Donors can give more and cover fees. Every claimed day brings the goal closer.

03

Reach the goal

When every day is claimed and fulfilled, your organization reaches its goal. The calendar fills. The community does it together.

Clear outcomes

Know exactly what a full month is worth.

Full 31-day campaign$496

The structural output of a fully claimed month. Based on the model's design, not projected results.

Quarterly cadence$1,984

Four campaigns per year. Same structure. Predictable, repeatable output for active organizations.

10 active groups$4,960

Run simultaneous campaigns across chapters, teams, or cohorts. Each group compounds the total.

MonthFund provides structure. Outcomes depend on participation. The model makes them calculable, not guaranteed.

Built for organizers

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Campaign calendar

Visual, day-by-day progress. Every participant sees exactly how full the month is and what's still open.

Participant management

Invite participants, track day claims, and send reminders without leaving the platform.

Multiple campaigns

Run campaigns across chapters, teams, or events simultaneously. Organization and Enterprise plans support full multi-campaign management.

Repeatable by design

The model works month after month. Your community learns it once. The structure stays consistent as your priorities shift.

Why it works

The reason this model holds.

Shared ownership

People don't just donate. They carry a day, rally their network, and help complete the month. Ownership changes behavior.

Clear structure

Defined roles reduce confusion. A calendar makes the goal tangible and eliminates fundraising friction for organizers and participants alike.

Built to repeat

Designed to run month after month without rebuilding from scratch. Your community learns the model once and carries it forward.

FAQ

Common questions

Do fundraisers have to donate themselves?

No. Fundraisers recruit donors from their network. Each donor claims one day and gives the matching amount or more. Fundraisers are mobilizers, not solo donors.

What if not all days are claimed?

Your campaign dashboard shows unclaimed days in real time. Organizers can send targeted outreach to fill gaps before the month ends.

How is MonthFund different from a standard donation page?

A donation page is a strong baseline for accepting gifts. MonthFund adds coordination: each participant can own a day with a clear dollar amount, progress stays public, and follow-up has an obvious home next to your existing donate link.

Do we need 501(c)(3) status to use MonthFund?

No. MonthFund is available to nonprofits, informal groups, clubs, and community organizations regardless of tax status. Payment processing requirements may vary based on your chosen processor. Organizations with 501(c)(3) status who want to issue tax receipts should confirm receipt workflows with their payment processor.

How do we recruit fundraisers for our first campaign?

Start with your most committed members or volunteers. Send personal invitations from within MonthFund to 25–35 people. Each fundraiser who accepts gets their own calendar page. For first-time campaigns, a smaller group of highly engaged fundraisers typically outperforms a large group of passive participants.

Can we integrate MonthFund with our existing donation page or CRM?

MonthFund operates as a standalone fundraising layer that complements your existing infrastructure. Donor contact data and campaign results are exportable from your dashboard. CRM integration is not native at launch, but CSV export allows import into most nonprofit CRM systems.

Is MonthFund an established platform?

MonthFund is launching in 2026. The platform is built on a clear, structured model: calendar-based collective fundraising with defined daily accountability. We're focused on giving organizers a tool that works from day one.
